Les effets secondaires inh\u00e9rents aux traitements du cancer localis\u00e9 de la prostate sont limit\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce <strong>\u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation des organes voisins<\/strong> tels que <strong>le sphincter urinaire<\/strong> (responsable de la continence urinaire) et <strong>les nerfs \u00e9recteurs<\/strong> (responsables de l\u2019\u00e9rection)(1).
